We often get great 5-star reviews for our great customer service and knowledgable technicians. This particular review was just begging to be turned into a Star Wars intro sequence. So we did!

Thank you to all of our customers from Durham to Raleigh from Wilmington to Greensboro and Fayetteville to Wake Forest. We've been repairing garage doors & automatic gates for many years in these areas.

If you haven't done business with us before, we offer affordable garage door repair and installation and gate repair services.

If your garage door won’t open, you might have a broken garage door spring. We carry springs with us so we are able to replace those on the spot usually the same day you call.

If your door is having trouble closing it might be your garage door opener or the garage door sensors.

Sometimes we can troubleshoot over the phone and we can always send a technician to your house.

We offer free estimates in person or by text.

You might be looking for a new garage door. Maybe you accidentally backed into your garage door. Don't worry! It happens all the time.

Or maybe you want to increase the value of your home.

We work with a number of vendors, like Clopay, Amarr, Door Link, and Wayne Dalton and we can provide you quotes for doors of various styles and colors of garage doors. We can provide you a quote over the phone or in-person for your new garage door project.

If you're looking for the best garage door repair company in the Triangle, Triad, Fayetteville, or Wilmington, call us! We're standing by to take your call and help.

Do you share our love for pizza? Would eating a free pizza while your garage door is being repaired make your day?

Yeah, it would make our day, too-- which is why we choose one customer each week to receive a free pizza during their garage door installation or repair! (We’ll send one for your technician, too, so they’ll get to join in on the fun.)

You don’t even have to do anything. If you’re chosen, we’ll text you before your scheduled job to let you know you are the winner, ask you about your favorite toppings, and have a pizza delivered straight to your door while your garage door is being fixed. What could be better?!

And if you don’t feel like eating pizza? That’s fine too--if you don’t want your pizza, we’ll donate to Slice Out Hunger’s Pizza vs. Pandemic campaign to send a pizza to a care worker! Win-win situation.

Slice Out Hunger is a non-profit that produces pizza-related events to support American hunger relief and prevention initiatives. Their latest campaign is called Pizza vs. Pandemic, and they partner with local, small-business pizzerias to donate pizzas to care workers on the front lines of COVID-19. We are thrilled to partner with them to share the pizza love.

From day one, quality service has been infused into every part of our business, including the way we treat our employees.

We think that how we treat our customers is also how we should treat our employees: with integrity, kindness, and respect. Because of this, we are committed to taking care of our employees and our customers well - above and beyond what is expected. We are a certified employer with Durham’s Living Wage Project, committed to paying each of our employees a living wage and helping them thrive.

The Durham Living Wage Project "exists to promote a just economy where workers are paid fairly, employers are successful, and our community thrives as a result." They urge employers in Durham to pay their employees a liveable wage, "the amount of income needed for an individual to meet her or his basic needs without public or private assistance." Durham ties its living wage amount to a methodology based on the federal poverty level, which is updated annually. Over the last 17 years, the livable wage amount has increased from $8.58 per hour to $13.35 per hour in 2017

We are proud to be part of this project as a certified employer. We’re in this business and this community for the long haul, and we believe it’s important for us to invest in our people, spreading kindness and building something that will last.
